Our family was supported by Anna and Emily with the planning and execution of my dad’s funeral. They were thoughtful and supportive and helped talk through all options whilst never being pushy or forceful. They both demonstrated so much respect throughout the whole process and everything was done exactly as we wanted. Our experience with Wilton Funeral Services was a very good one and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our family was assisted by Anna and Kerry with empathy and caring support throughout a very emotional time. The funeral planning and execution were always superb, and our mum would have been incredibly proud of the service which was led by the very kind and compassionate Reverend Paul. Our experience with Wilton Funeral Services was a very good one and we would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Wilton’s gave Dean the best send off I could have imagined, they showed upmost respect and dignity and took a big weight off of my shoulders. Kerry was especially helpful and a delightful person as well, very supportive, kind and professional. I would highly recommend Wilton’s services. I couldn’t thank you all enough.

Anna and Kerry arranged everything we asked for beautifully, from having a lovely meadow scene printed on the cardboard coffin and casket for the ashes, to photo tribute and music and order of service sheets.
The day was just as we wished and the whole team at Wilton’s were caring and professional. It was a pleasure having them around to look after us.

Firstly I have to say that the staff at Wilton Funeral Services have been very courteous and reassuring.
Unfortunately my Mother's funeral was very disappointing for our family.
I arranged a slide show accompanied by music during the service. I was advised to choose between 25 and 30 photos to be displayed on the screen.
I sent over 27 photos all numbered on emails. I asked for an email acknowledgement that they had received all 27 photos but did not receive one. I called Wilton's and left a message but did not receive a phone call back. I was concerned so I drove over to the Tuckton premises to make sure that they had received all the 27 photos. Anna told me "not to worry they had all been received and sent over to be set to the music"
I had spent a long time choosing the photos. I had included photos of some family members that were coming to the funeral.
I was so disappointed when the slide show started. There were only 17 photos included so 10 were missing.
Also I had written the tribute to my Mother and emailed it to the celebrant well in advance of the funeral. He obviously only glanced over the tribute before the service as he called my daughter by a different name. He stumbled over her name and called her Jennie when in fact her name is Jenna (this was clearly typed) another error was that he described my son-in-law's diet as VAGAN - obviously this should have been Vegan! (this could have been overlooked if only he had read my daughters name correctly)
Obviously we wont get another chance to have the funeral that I was promised. Its just so disappointing.
